Parque de la Paz is hosting a new edition of FuenlAdopta, Fuenlabrada’s Pet Adoption Festival, which this year celebrates its fourteenth edition, having established itself as one of the leading events for promoting responsible adoption and animal welfare.

Throughout the day, more than 30 animal welfare organisations and associations will showcase their work and provide information on the animals looking for a home. The event will also feature local businesses linked to the pet sector and a range of activities for the whole family.

The programme will include storytelling, family games, a vegan paella and a demonstration by the National Police’s Special Canine Unit, amongst other activities aimed at raising awareness about respect for and the care of animals.

FuenlAdopta is an opportunity to gain an insight into the work of animal welfare organisations, promote responsible pet ownership and enjoy a day of socialising centred on a love of animals.

A day to discover, learn and, perhaps, find a new companion for life.
