Protección de Datos. Introducción
Desde el 25 de Mayo de 2018, es de aplicación el Reglamento General Europeo de Protección de Datos (UE) 2016/679, de 27 de abril de 2016, variando la normativa en Protección de Datos de España, e introduciendo importantes modificaciones respecto al tratamiento de los datos. Este Reglamento coexistirá con la Ley Orgánica 15/1999, de 13 de diciembre, de protección de datos de carácter personal y con el Real Decreto 1720/2007, de 21 de diciembre, en todos aquellos ámbitos en los que no se contradigan (en cuyo caso será de aplicación el nuevo Reglamento Europeo de Protección de datos).
