These are in addition to those currently offered by the Fermín Cacho

For the past few days, the La Cueva sports centre has had four new padel courts available to municipal schools and the public, who can now hire them for their own use.

The facilities were built with a budget of around 223,000 euros and are in addition to those currently offered by the Fermín Cacho sports centre.

The four courts feature the latest technical construction features. The surface is made of state-of-the-art artificial turf, laid over a concrete sub-base treated to facilitate rainwater drainage. In addition, an LED lighting system has been installed, providing perfect visibility whilst minimising energy consumption.

The enclosure features toughened safety glass and a framework of steel profiles, treated and finished to offer maximum resistance to inclement weather and continuous use. They also have a drinking water tap.
