To mark World Day for Safety and Health at Work, Fuenlabrada City Council has today organised a workshop aimed at team leaders, both from the Council and from companies with which it works, with the aim of providing tools and knowledge to foster a positive working environment.

The workshop, entitled ‘Psychosocial Risk Management’, aims to improve the working environment and offer practical tools that contribute to creating healthier workplaces.

Through talks and round-table discussions, topics such as the importance of identifying, assessing and managing risk factors will be addressed, with a focus on promoting well-being, mental health and the consolidation of healthy and safe workplaces. It features the participation of experts in occupational health, such as the Regional Institute for Occupational Safety and Health, companies in the health and occupational sector, as well as trade union representatives.

The conference, which is taking place this morning at the CIFE, is organised by Fuenlabrada City Council through its Department of Human Resources and Internal Affairs.

The councillor responsible for the area, Antonio González Moledes, explained that “at Fuenlabrada City Council, we continue to work resolutely to create workplaces where everyone can feel good and fulfil their full potential”.
