Registration for this event, which will take place from 12 to 15 November with prizes for the best tapas and for the public, is open until 11 October      

Bars, restaurants and cafés in Fuenlabrada can register until 11 October for the latest edition of the Tapas Fair, which will take place in the town from 12 to 15 November.  

This initiative is organised by Fuenlabrada Town Council and the Hospitality Association, as part of the ‘Degusta Fuenlabrada’ scheme, with the aim of enhancing the quality of the local culinary offering and promoting and raising awareness of local hospitality venues amongst the public. 

Diners will be able to sample the culinary offerings from the establishments taking part in the Fair, at a price of 3 euros per tapa, and it will be the public who decide, via an online vote, which is the tastiest tapa. There will be a prize for the Best Tapa in Fuenlabrada 2026 and for the Best Tapa in each District Council. 

Participants will be entered into a prize draw for five gift vouchers, each worth 50 euros, to be spent at any of the participating bars, restaurants or cafés.

Interested catering establishments can register until 11 October via the Degustafuenlabrada website.
